Problem with DS-156. Does U.S Embassy in Jakarta accept DS-156 without barcode?

My fiance & I have been trying to get the DS-156 barcode for the past three days. We're able to fill out the form but every time we click the "Continue" button, we got an error message. We can't go to the next page to get the barcode & save it. My fiance is in the U.S & I'm in Indonesia. We use five different computer. We've tried to access it on Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera, Safari, and Netscape. But none of them work. Does anyone knows the solution to this problem?

I was wondering if U.S Embassy in Jakarta accept the Ds 156 without barcode, just in case we still can't get the barcode.

I will be calling my consulate tomorrow when they are open again and will let you all know the outcome.
