02/25/201;3: I-130 NOA 1
08/21/2013: I-130 transferred to Nebraska Service Center

10/07/2013: I -130 approved.

---------------------------------------------------------------------
08/12/2013 : I-485, I-131, I-765 Packet sent.
08/15/2013: e-mail and text received from USCIS.
08/21/2013: received hard copy.
08/25/2013: received hard copy of biometrics for 09/13/2013.
08/27/2013: Done walk-in biometrics.
9/17/2013: I -485 status updated to testing and interview.

9/27/2013: I -485 status shows Interview date November 5th, 2013

10/11/2013: I-765 and I-131 got approved.

11/5/2013: Green card approved

11/5/2013: I -485 status shows card production.

11/5/2013: Status moved back to decision.

11/7/2013: I-485 status shows card production.

11/14/2013: Received green card for 10 years

I have feeling that next visa bulletin is going to be atleast march 2012. However, why don't they approve I-130 as fast as visa bulletin moves!!!!

02/25/201;3: I-130 NOA 1
08/21/2013: I-130 transferred to Nebraska Service Center

10/07/2013: I -130 approved.

08/12/2013 : I-485, I-131, I-765 Packet sent.
08/15/2013: e-mail and text received from USCIS.
08/21/2013: received hard copy.
08/25/2013: received hard copy of biometrics for 09/13/2013.
08/27/2013: Done walk-in biometrics.
9/17/2013: I -485 status updated to testing and interview.

9/27/2013: I -485 status shows Interview date November 5th, 2013

10/11/2013: I-765 and I-131 got approved.

11/5/2013: Green card approved

11/5/2013: I -485 status shows card production.

11/5/2013: Status moved back to decision.

11/7/2013: I-485 status shows card production.

11/14/2013: Received green card for 10 years

I'm glad my pd was approved yesterday by the uscis I received noa2
my pd is 12mars 2012 is transferred to cnv I hope everything is happening very quickly and in 2 months I will have my visa

Hi to all.

I filed I-130 for my wife pending approval from Vermont Service Center. PD is July 2012.

My wife (beneficiary) recently moved to a new address. Is it necessary to update the USCIS with the beneficiary's new address at this stage?

I checked the USCIS instructions if the petitioner (me) moved to a new address but can not find any information about the beneficiary.

Anyone know the process?

Hi ekim,

As long as you, the petitioner, still has the current address on file, then it is just ok to not worry about beneficiaries change of address, Since once approved, you will still get the copy of the approval letter on your current address and then once it reaches NVC, you can then ask NVC to update the beneficiaries address. You can just call NVC's hotline to do this.
