Can someone please explain these transfers

I just received the following email today regarding my K-1

My petition was filed at TSC.

All the posts talk about VSC being transferred to TSC,

That's where my petition started and received NOA1 from.

So why would my petition be transferred from TSC to TSC?

Any explanations appreciated.

On June 21, 2013, we transferred this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) to another office for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case. We sent you a notice of this transfer. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. ALL I-129F petitions are sent to the Dallas Lockbox intake facility. That is NOT the same place as the TSC. When you got your NOA1 receipt, did your case# begin with WAC or EAC. WAC= CSC and EAC= VSC. Some cases at the VSC have been transferred to the TSC recently. TSC was not processing I-129F petitions in recent years until these transfers began.
