Post Decision Activity

On June 12, 2013, your notice I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) was processed and mailed to the address on record. If you have not received it within 30 days of June 12, 2013, contact customer service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move while your case is pending, please call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

well it seems its a approvel of your K-1, BUT you can call the 1-800 number and be sure, congrats!

Looks like a NOA2 Approval. (Your Timeline) and now in a few days transfered to the Philippines for a MNL#. CONGRATS !

Hi joyjohn! Thank you so much for your response. We tried calling them but all they would say is to wait for the mail. Problem is fiance had just corrected his wrong address yesterday. So most probably,, we wont be getting any mail that they sent us last June 12. I just hope they could tell us straight what's this is all about.

NVC will know your Case# before Manila does. Call Monday. (Most likely the Case # is Issued) But Manila maynot have it yet. That could take a few days.

NVC will have a MNL# Case Approved.

We will try again call NVC by Monday. We just tried inquiring this Pm but they haven't received yet. I really hope our status means approval. Hello Dieseltu! Wow really? It was an approval? We are very confused because it just states PROCESSED and MAILED to the address on record. Usually most Decision or Post Decision Status Update would clearly say if its APPROVED or DENIED. But wow, I just hope its also an APPROVAL for us.
