I had hot dogs with baked beans and tomato slices with sugar... yum!

oh and Sara Lee cheesecake with strawberries for dessert..

Fish and rice

spaghetti with an alfredo sauce. I make it from a powder, but I like it that way because then I can use low fat milk. We used a garlic butter instead of regular butter, added left over shrimp and lobster from red lobster and some tomato. Overall the hubs loved it and I thought it was good. Coulda used some more veggies but we're out, and may the ricotta cheese I bought for the homemade pizza.

Does anyone make their own bread? I think I'm about to start because I really haven't found a bread I like the taste of here! I no longer have a bread maker so I guess I better get some loaf pans. LOL Too bad the oven doesn't have a window >_<

I do but my oven is broken now so I use my bread machine. But I have baked it in the oven, too.

You can also bake bread without the bread pans, just form the dough into a ball or a log and put it on a cookie sheet or pizza pan. Sprinkle a little corn meal on the pan so it doesn't stick. Let it rise and then bake.

hubby grilled some chicken and jalapeno poppers and I baked some sliced potatoes in the oven with some onion, salt, pepper and rosemary and cheese. We also grilled some tomato slices that I drizzled with olive oil, salt and pepper. After they were grilled I topped them a mixture of cream cheese, grilled bacon, oregano and some grated cheese. mmmm they were sooo good! Everything was yummy!

I cooked a pork tenderloin over natural lump charcoal with a piece of apple wood for flavor. The pork was seasoned with sea salt, crushed black pepper and garlic. Along with this I made black beans and rice-from a package and mixed vegetables, salad and grilled bananas for desert.
