We had jambalaya made with shrimp instead of sausage. So tasty! I love it to be honest. I was rather prepared to hate it when I moved here for all but the stupid reason that the hubs ex-wife was from Louisiana. It's silly I know. Anyhow, I put celery, zucchini, red peppers, and some onions in there too. That was two days ago and we had the leftovers last night. I'll have to remember to buy shrimp without the tails on though next time LOL I have receipe for homemade that I'll have to make eventually but right now we use the boxed version. Hubs says that roux is hard to make.

I think tonight will be rosemary chicken and potatoes with some veggies on the side.

Had rosemary chicken (consists of italian seasoning, more rosemary, paprika, garlic, salt and pepper... you can leave out the italian seasoning) and potatoes with raw carrots and little orange tomatoes. I love little orange tomatoes! It's tasty! NOM NOM NOM!
