Hi tony! You don't have to send anything else, just what the list says. Some people sent pictures of the wedding and stuff but is not necessary. I didn't send any and I was approved without interview

No. the only proof of marriage you need to send is a copy of your certified marriage certificate. Save photos and evidence of co-mingling for the interview, if you even have one.

I see in your timeline, the SSN was issued after receiving EAD. So my fiance has to apply for his SSN after the AOS, and recieving EAD?

Thanks for the help

No. You can apply for the SSN starting about 2 weeks after entry up until 2 weeks before your I-94 is to expire. If you wait and the I-94 is expired, then you have to wait for the EAD or green card to get the SSN. http://www.visajourney.com/content/ssn

I-94 is automated now, so there won't be a paper one in the passport anymore. You can get your I-94 info here> https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/request.html;jsessionid=S67ZRHfLQ8TMK5BvVCJBlnFQZzD1Vwv3fn7n325lwQj1Q8zWdJSR!2055200489

hi shany! Actually you can apply 2 weeks after the arrival but I rather to wait for my EAD cause I wanted my SSN with my married name. The 1st time I went to get the SSN I was already married but I didnt have a document with my new name, just my passport (maiden name). So I applied AoS with my new name and when my EAD arrived I could go and applied
