P.S. USCIS already has a copy of our 2011 tax returns, proof of auto insurance, pictures of both of us on vacation here and in Ireland, cable bill in my name, electric bill in her name, copies of ATM cards, copies of registered mail sent to both of us.

It looks good to me, it seems that you didnt send a lot of docs the first time.
