Is the location for filing always the same? As in I just put everything in the mail and have it addressed to United States Department of Homeland Security

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

USCIS

P.O. Box 660151

Dallas, TX 75266?

And is that the address I write in the letter of intent?

I think you can address the letter of intent however you wish. I think I addressed mine simply to Whomever it May Concern.

Well I meant, on the letter it says to put Address of Filing Location. And I am not exactly sure what to put, and also it says for when submitting for interview to write something else. Do I have to write something here? Just started all of this paperwork for the i-129f the other day

For example what goes in Address of Filing location and the interview thing below it?

[PETITIONER’S OR BENEFICIARY’S NAME]
[PETITIONER’S OR BENEFICIARY’S ADDRESS]

United States Department of Homeland Security

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

[ADDRESS OF FILING LOCATION]

or when submitting for interview

United States Department of State
United States Consulate, [name of country where Embassy is located]
[Embassy Address]

(Date mm-dd-yyyy)

That is just the example letter from VJ...I didn't put all of that in my letter. I just wrote it "To whom it may concern" and then I also made sure that I signed and dated it in ink.

That is just the example outline. An address is a formality and not a requirement for the letters of intent. You can put the address where you are mailing the petition, or you can put no address at all. When you make a new letter of intent for the K-1 interview later, you can put the consulate's address, or no address at all.

The requirements are to state you are free to marry and are planning/willing to do so within 90 days of entry to the US with the K-1 visa, and have original signatures, not copies.
