Hello everyone,

I received a email this morning stating my case was Transfered to another office. I am not sure if this is good or bad news? Has this happen to anyone? I hope this doesnt mean that I have to wait another 5 months. Help me to understand thi whole transferring thing. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE smile.png

[March 2012] Met online on Christian Mingle [November 27th 2013] AoS sent
[June 25th 2012] Met in Person in London!
[August 2012] Steve visits me again in the Uk for our second meeting for just one weekend! [March 6th 2014] AoS Interview - Passed
[september 2012] My first trip to America to visit the love of my life
[November 2012] I travel to America for my first ever thanksgiving with Steves family!
[December 2012] Steve comes to the Uk to spend xmas with my family!
( heart.gif February 15th 2013 heart.gif ) He pops the question in Kensington, London...and I say yes!

[July 08th 2013]- NOA2 (approved 165 Days)
[July 18th 2013] Case forwarded to NVC
[July 26th 2013] We call DoS and are finally given our case # - I book medical immediatly

[July 29th 2013] Case forwarded to US Embassy, London
[August 8th 2013] Packet 3 sent (before received)

[August 9th 2013] Packet 3 received
[August 13th 2013] Medical

[August 16th 2013] CEAC updates - London logs my medical results

[August 20th 2013] - CEAC update - London logs my packet 3

[August 23rd 2013] I call DoS and they tell me my interview date, (2 weeks since I sent ds-2001)

[August 27th 2013 CEAC update - London dispatches packet 4]

[August 29th 2013] Packet 4 received
[september 24th 2013] Interview - Refused due to passport and birth certificate condition

[september 26th 2013] Emergency appt at HM Passport Office London - New Passport and Birth Certificate in hand
[september 30th 2013] DX collects passport and birth certificate

[October 3rd] - Docs delivered to Embassy

[October 10th] - London Approves and Issues our Visa!!

[October 16th 2013] 4.00pm - Visa in my hand, 11pm POE -Newark

[October 27th 2013] Wedding wub.png

lucky you guys , i am a november filer at vermont center and still waiting about our RFE response , USCIS received it on june 6 but still no replay . good luck too you :-) any one experienced this long RFE waiting time ? good luck to everyone :-)

oh YES! thank GOD!! Thank you guys, you dont know how much you guys have settled my mind and my heart. I think any kind of movement or correspondence at this point is a positive. Good luck to everyone and I hope we all get some REALLY good news soon. :)

I hope it's good news for you. We were transferred on May 30th from VSC to TSC and my case hasn't been touched since, nor have the numbers after me..but when we were transferred, TSC was not trained on I129Fs..so hopefully for you guys, it will be less of a wait since they are trained now. :)

January 25, 2013 - NOA1 Email and Text Confirmation
January 30, 2013 - "Touched" Alien Number Generated
January 31, 2013 - NOA1 Letter Received via "snail mail"
June 21, 2013 - Transferred from Vermont

July 6, 2013 - Actual Approval but error did not generate our NOA2

July 17, 2013 - Service Request via USCIS (6 months)

July 22, 2013 - Approval affirmed via USCIS.gov new NOA2 generated

August 2013 - NVC Case # Generated

August 28, 2013 - Packet 3 received from Cairo Embassy

September 2013 - Medical Complete

October 22, 2013 - Packet returned complete to Embassy via DHL

February 2014 - Interview letter received

March 24, 2014- Interview - EGYPT

April 4 & 7, 2014 - Case Touched Twice - Requested Expedite due to Beneficiary's Mothers Passing (4/1/14)

April 7, 2014 - Passport sent to Embassy via DHL

April 14, 2014 - VISA Received

April 18, 2014 - Flight to USA

July 11, 2014 - MARRIED!!!!

August ,2015 - AOS finally filed ;-)

August ,2015 - RFE

September 2015 - Returned RFE information

November ,2015 - EAD Approved

November ,2015 - EAD Received

December ,2015- AOS Approved

December ,2015- 2 year Green Card Received

November 13, 2016 my little brother passed away :-(

Yeah hoping for a response, maybe next week. When i checked the number before mine that was an RFE back on the 7th of June, the next 10 Applications after mine are all transfers still in initial review.

It's extremely good news for everyone. TSC are getting through the transfers very quickly, and this way you know VSC won't do March and leave late Jan/Feb filers in the lurch. You're all likely to hear something within the next month or so.

My fiance was approved at the Manila Embassy. Then a few days later they kept her passport and sent the case back to the USCIS Vermont Center. My Immigration attorney said this was rediculous. I was in the Philippines on 2 occasions for a total of 10 months. Embassies reason was not enough proof of a realtionship. We submitted everything required and was already accpted a the USCIS . She was approved at the embassy, then they reject it. Is this a mistake on their part or what happened.

PLEASE EVERYONE....HELP US PLEASE.
