I will be having my interview this wednesday and what you wrote did help me a lot. And yes it's true what we hear is horrific. Thank you so much for all the detailled review it did help me a lot.

Ps: for my k1 i didnt wait for the mail to come but they said that i will receive it in my email, whih exactly happened.

These people speak with respect. I did speak with a moroccan man and then a moroccan woman. Very good level of proffessionalism. Now i have a good idea abput the consulate .. Bring what you are asked for and that's it. Be honest and answer with no stress and everything should be fine. I cant wait to meet em it is a great honor. As am always honored when i have a conversation with a high level of respect. Its always good and does always good to everybody. These are the best employers that the us.embassy can have!!!

Thank you so much for the precious informations and i will be back wednesday 23, 2014 and i will tell you exactly how it did happen.

I too am in the same situation, preparing my Finace' for his interview. He is Moroccan and has been turned down before. It was very stressful for us. This time, we hope he is prepared. He will have his interview on December 22nd, and I am beyond nervous. We are hoping for a better turn out this time. Good luck to you.

Ok this post is a year old but I was searching for Casa interviews. My husband has been there for 4 hours now I'm starting to get worried because he had an overstay which was an accident we didn't know that he had an I 94 or what it meant. I was able to get everything expedited from USCIS to the NVC to the embassy because I need two surgeries so I don't know if that will make a difference but I will know shortly.

Waiver mailed January 17th

Waiver received January 18th

Waiver received from Phoenix to Nebraska Center January 27th

Waiver approved February 17th!!!!!!

this is for a 601 waiver no lawyer assistance and the reason for the expedite is because I need two surgeries one is pre cancer related in addition to I am also bipolar with PSTD and panic disorder and severe depression.
