Congrats to everyone who got their case numbers...TSC really screwed a lot of us over with this month delay but I'm glad it's finally getting straightened out for everyone. :)

I noticed that folks are waiting on different visas so I was hopeful to hear from only fiancé visa folks... How long before you got your case number from the nvc???

Have you recieved your case # yet? What did your copy say, did it list a consulate? Did it say that it's been sent directly to the consulate or NVC?

USCIs shipped it on 17 and . I Got My case Number on Friday 19 ..

I just thought it would be good to give them some time so I didn't call on Friday. This morning while driving to work, I called NVC and was on hold for 25 minutes with no luck. I will try back some time this afternoon.

Got my case number! Woman on the phone told me the petition should be headed to the consulate in a week!!

When did you get the notice that your case was sent to DOS?

Did you call DOS or NVC for your number?

Got notice it was sent to DOS on the 16th of July. Called today and had my case number ready.

Another case number obtained today, 21 July!! NOA 2 was 24 June, it was shipped to NVC 16 July.

Hoping it gets to London ASAP... Can I book the medicals with just the case number?

Congrats! :) Yes, you can...my fiance booked his today -- looks like we will miss our 8/9 date for sure now thanks to TSC...the first appt they had was 8/2.

I am NOA2 June 26th and still sitting at TSC :(

December 31, 2012: Petition received

January 2, 2013: NOA1

January 8, 2013: Officially engaged <3

May 30, 2013 : Transferred VSC to TSC

June 26, 2013 (175 days) : NOA2

July 22, 2013 (26 days) : Sent to NVC

July 30, 2013 : Arrived at NVC

July 30, 2013 (8 days) : Received case number

August 9, 2013 : Fiance received packet 3

August 15, 2013 : Medical

September 26, 2013 : Interview : AP additional medical information needed

October 11, 2013 : 2nd Medical appointment

October 31, 2013: 2nd Medical report picked up by Embassy courier

November 21, 2013: 2nd Medical report received and our case with with an officer for review

January 17, 2014: Refused (found inadmissible)

Filing a waiver to lift the inadmissibility....

06/27/13 - approved NOA2
07/17/13 - shipped from USCIS to NVC
07/19/13 - Got My Case Number from NVC

07/23/13 in transit to the Consular Section

Got notice it was sent to DOS on the 16th of July. Called today and had my case number ready.

Thanks. I called NVC again and couldn't even get through so I called DOS. Within a minute a gentleman picked up and told me that my case was received on Friday and also gave me the number !! :) Also checked the status on DOS site and it says its at NVC :).
