20 min on hold, but got my case #!!!, was going to ask for email/text notification but it seemed they already had my info on file. Now just have to wait for April's NBI and Japanese Police clearance to arrive.

I noticed that folks are waiting on different visas so I was hopeful to hear from only fiancé visa folks... How long before you got your case number from the nvc???

Have you recieved your case # yet? What did your copy say, did it list a consulate? Did it say that it's been sent directly to the consulate or NVC?

My Fiance called NVC and was asked to read the NoA2 over the phone but he wasn't able to because he's on work! I think they already have the case number alread. 06/19 approval.

10/10/13 - Email Notification for AOS/EAD/AP

10/19/13 - NOA1 EAD

11/07/13 - BIOMETRICS APPOINTMENT

11/16/13 - USCIS Status for I-485: Testing and Interview

12/03/13 - USCIS Status for I-131 AP - Approved / USCIS Status for I-485 - Card/ Document Production

01/07/14 - INTERVIEW @ 1:00pm, USCIS Hagatna Guam -APPROVED

01/08/14 - Card Production Ordered

01/09/14 - Register Permanent Status

01/14/14 - For Delivery with USPS Tracking No.

1/24/14/ - GC on hand

ROC I-751

10/09/15 - Eligible for ROC

10/21/15 - I-751 Packet mailed via USPS (2 day Priority Mail)

10/23/15 - Delivered to USCIS California Service Center

10/27/15 - $590 charged to account.

10/29/15 - received NOA dated 10/23/15

11/06/15 - Biometrics received for 11/18/15 appointment

Congrats .. This is actually good news for all of us .. It means they re giving case numbers in 15 to 16 days ... Not working days but days in a row.

I called today and they don't have my case .... They said give it 3 weeks but I think it's sooner judging by the case numbers I have seen so far.

so cool for sharing. :) If you don't mind, So you waited like 9 days from the day of your approval?

They waited 15 days in a row!!!!

Here is a recent 6/19 person with a case number issued....

They were probably at Vermont Service Center.

Not sure what's up with Texas. I think they hired a guy to walk our petitions to New Hampshire. I'm 6/13 at TSC. I've seen multiple 6/13 from VSC and CSC already with NVC#. Very disappointing to me.

Got NOA2 notice 6/19, I was very happy seeing some got their MNL cases already. Ours was from VSC and transferred to Texas. Calling the NVC now, I am on hold. will update you guys.

Called NVC again. (Earlier the Rep said to read the NoA2 but my fiance doesn't have it) Now he was told to wait for 8weeks! Hmmm. Thoughts?

8 weeks? Where did he pull that number from?

That was really an insane answer. They told him they just changed it today to 8weeks. That was a ####### but I think that rep was too lazy to look out our case. Oh well... Looking forward next week!

I'll call next week. What we use that case number for?

You are moving out of USCIS and into NVC. You will now be using a case number that starts with 3 letters that tell which embassy the beneficiary will be interviewing from.

08/01/12-Married08/17/12-Applied for Social Security Card09/23/12-Husband received his Social Security card!09/27/12-Filed AOS09/28/12-AOS package received10/01/12-Text message from USCIS10/03/12-Check cashed10/09/12-NOA1 for I485,I765,I131 AND Biometrics Appointment Letter10/24/12-Biometrics Appointment12/11/12-EAD and AP Approved-75 days12/14/12-EAD/AP Card Production ordered12/21/12-EAD/AP Card came in the mail06/22/13-Green Card Approved06/27/13-Greed Card Production Ordered06/29/13-Green Card came in the mail<p>

06/03/2015-Called to get address updated Ar11 online add change didnt work-got infopass for June 10th

06/10/2015-Went to info pass appt. Hubby got a 1yr. Extension stamp in his passport and biometrics done

08/12/2015-ROC Approved. Got letter in the mail.

08/29/2015-received new card in the mail.

15 day since NOA2 and I don't have case number, maybe its the time to call NVC. my Fiancee (The petitioner) emailed them but no answer until now!sad.png

When I was waiting for approval (NOA2) I accidentally emailed NVC two times with questions about my case instead of USCIS. I was waiting for an answer from them for about 2 weeks.. it is better to call them - 20 min on hold and you can ask your questions.

But eventually you will get reply on your emails. ;)

2012-12-06 - (NOA1 Receipt Date)
