OMG H_M. I called the USCIS service center and spoke to a tier 2 rep that was actually competent. Despite them sending me a letter stating they sent it on July 12 to NVC she stated she saw on her computer screen that it was never sent. This is so insane. I pray to god it gets shipped next week.

Will keep you in our prayers - I'm sure it will be moved soon!

Oh my gosh. I am so so sorry this is happening to you. :( I so hope you get your number next week. It is so unfair that you have had to wait this long.

Two weeks since approval and still not transfered. I beleive I saw someone say that the TSC was only sending files once a month. Which would suck if that is the case. I called to day and they wouldn't even talk to me at USCIS because I am not the petitioner. Today the guy told me it could be sometime in the next 90 days, and if after 91 days we havent' heard anything to have my Fiance call. I have been calling the DoS daily but they have no info and nothing is updating online, we are still showing in Process even though we have the hard copy NoA2. I am not a patient person and this has been a huge test. I know it is almost over and I think that makes it all the harder to wait.

you will get your case number in 1 month , after mine approved from TSC 18 June they shipped my case on 11 July and I got my case number in 18 July , I knew how you feel , case number from TSC take time about 3-4 weeks. Good luck for you both.

It takes about 3 weeks after approval before your file gets sent from TSC to NVC.. Once file finally transferred, it takes about a week to get case number.

TSC is shipping files to NVC at least twice a week.

Other than our Physical copy of our NoA2 we haven't gotten any more notices. And USCIS won't talk to me because I am not the petitioner. I would love a shipping notice, Anything to know where our case is sitting.

Did anyone else get two shipped notifications? We got one on August 2nd and another one yesterday (although the second one didn't have e-mail or text notifications...).

Feels weird quoting myself but I called and a Tier 2 said it shipped out on 8/2. They said the notification from 8/6 was probably just a glitch.

About Texas transfers

Did everyone actually get the change of status on uscis website that 'your approved case has been shipped to the department of state and so on' when it was really sent out?

Or it might be sent out to NVC without this update on the uscis website?
