we can't even call embassy in Montreal, only email .and it takes over a week to get an answer ..!!!

05/24/13 - case transferred to other office from VSC
05/29/13 - transferred Texas Service Center

07/17/13 - shipped from USCIS to NVC
07/19/13 - Got My Case Number from NVC

I noticed that folks are waiting on different visas so I was hopeful to hear from only fiancé visa folks... How long before you got your case number from the nvc???

Have you recieved your case # yet? What did your copy say, did it list a consulate? Did it say that it's been sent directly to the consulate or NVC?

yea we have already sent two e-mails to Consulate in Sydney and we still haven't heard anything back.

As I am filling our I-134 I have a question. I received a job offer a few weeks ago as a nurse (I just graduated). I received my offer letter and everything however I won't be starting until September-October so in filling out the I-134 do I list that as my employment and send the offer letter???

Just called the DOS even though they gave me the 8 week bs yesterday annnnd found out my case was opened today, we have our number and it is scheduled to ship to London tomorrow. OMG finally! :) took 8 days from the email.

December 31, 2012: Petition received

January 2, 2013: NOA1

January 8, 2013: Officially engaged <3

May 30, 2013 : Transferred VSC to TSC

June 26, 2013 (175 days) : NOA2

July 22, 2013 (26 days) : Sent to NVC

July 30, 2013 : Arrived at NVC

July 30, 2013 (8 days) : Received case number

August 9, 2013 : Fiance received packet 3

August 15, 2013 : Medical

September 26, 2013 : Interview : AP additional medical information needed

October 11, 2013 : 2nd Medical appointment

October 31, 2013: 2nd Medical report picked up by Embassy courier

November 21, 2013: 2nd Medical report received and our case with with an officer for review

January 17, 2014: Refused (found inadmissible)

Filing a waiver to lift the inadmissibility....

Just called the DOS even though they gave me the 8 week bs yesterday annnnd found out my case was opened today, we have our number and it is scheduled to ship to London tomorrow. OMG finally! smile.png took 8 days from the email.

Maybe they got your physical case now and not just the electronical one.

My ready date changed once too - and I called the DOS today and they confirmed that it was the day my embassy received my physical case.

You guys are lucky. Our case left NVC on 23rd of July and still Consulate hasn't received it. I just called DOS only to find out the same thing. Sydney consulate hasn't received the case yet. More waiting...

As far as I can tell mine left NVC July 18 and got to London July 26 so it was 'In Transit' for over a week.

We already waited 202 days between NOA1 & NOA2 which was one of the slowest in the current slew making its way through the grinder now.
