What king of notice will be getting in the mail..???

basically a hard copy in mail stating that the case has left NVC and will be at Embassy etc.

I noticed that folks are waiting on different visas so I was hopeful to hear from only fiancé visa folks... How long before you got your case number from the nvc???

Have you recieved your case # yet? What did your copy say, did it list a consulate? Did it say that it's been sent directly to the consulate or NVC?

Card was Ordered To Be Produced

Got my green card on 15 may

Ok, got shipped out of TSC July24. How long before it reaches NVC? called today7-29 and not there yet.

Mine went on a Tuesday and I had my number by Friday night..I would try again tonight and if not tonight, tomorrow. :)

Status of my case has been "In Transit" since last Tuesday on CEAC website. I don't know how long it will take for it to get to Sydney. I hope I hear something in a day or two.

How did you find out that it was shipped out of TSC????? My case just got approved july 23 and am wondering what is happening...

in about 3 weeks you will get email stating your case has now been sent to DOS.

Oh no Angelina! Thanks for the heads up. I will contact the Embassy and confirm they have it. Our interview is already scheduled for August 5th. I want to make sure they have it before I make travel plans. Glad I read that, because I was going to buy plane tickets today.

5/24/13 or 5/29/13 - Case Transferred to TSC
7/2/13 - NOA2 from TSC! (173 days from NOA1) | 7/6/13 - Hard Copy Received
7/18/13 - Shipped to NVC | 7/26/13 - Received at NVC and case number assigned
7/29/13 - In transit to consulate | 7/31/13 - Received by consulate

Talked To NVC today. My file shipped from TSC on July 24. Still not at NVC. Lady said they can tell when files arrive into building, and mine is not in building yet.

heyyyy...so i'm trying to understand the system a bit...the emails from the embassy seem to be very standard and dont really mean much...when has your status been updated last or how often yet?
