Well on my 5th call of the day I got an interesting one. He said it could take 11 weeks! Fun, fun, fun.

I noticed that folks are waiting on different visas so I was hopeful to hear from only fiancé visa folks... How long before you got your case number from the nvc???

Have you recieved your case # yet? What did your copy say, did it list a consulate? Did it say that it's been sent directly to the consulate or NVC?

10/03/13 - package sent to Chicago Lockbox

10/07/13 - package received by S. Rodriguez

10/10/13 - Email Notification for AOS/EAD/AP

10/19/13 - NOA1 EAD

11/07/13 - BIOMETRICS APPOINTMENT

11/16/13 - USCIS Status for I-485: Testing and Interview

12/03/13 - USCIS Status for I-131 AP - Approved / USCIS Status for I-485 - Card/ Document Production

01/07/14 - INTERVIEW @ 1:00pm, USCIS Hagatna Guam -APPROVED

01/08/14 - Card Production Ordered

01/09/14 - Register Permanent Status

01/14/14 - For Delivery with USPS Tracking No.

1/24/14/ - GC on hand

ROC I-751

10/09/15 - Eligible for ROC

10/21/15 - I-751 Packet mailed via USPS (2 day Priority Mail)

10/23/15 - Delivered to USCIS California Service Center

10/27/15 - $590 charged to account.

10/29/15 - received NOA dated 10/23/15

11/06/15 - Biometrics received for 11/18/15 appointment

Just got off the phone with NVC particalulary hostile lady named Olivia. Gave her my USCIS number she asked when the noa2 was received I aid July 11th. She said LOUDLY "it takes 8 weeks to receive the petition" and that I shouldn't bother calling back before then.

Seriously.

i called the nvc today and was told to wait 8 weeks as well.

Oh look at that! How schocking, its not 8 OR 11 weeks. Just three which is still a pretty long time. But hey, can't look a gift horse in the mouth! ;)

thank you! i think case numbers will be given this week for the first batch of transferees. I am still hoping for smooth processing for everybody else waiting.. we are all in this together. ;)

When you call and they say your file is in "additional processing" that is different than "administrative processing" right? I called today and the lady told me my file was in "additional processing." I did ask her if administrative processing was something different, and she did say yes. I'm just being a worry wart though, and need some reassurance because I read conflicting threads on VJ. Anyone know for sure?

My NOA2 date is 7/9 (CSC) and I just confirmed that they have the file at NVC. Just awaiting a case #. They still replied that it could take 8 weeks - hahaha.

[June 25th 2012] Met in Person in London!
[August 2012] Steve visits me again in the Uk for our second meeting for just one weekend! [March 6th 2014] AoS Interview - Passed
[september 2012] My first trip to America to visit the love of my life
[November 2012] I travel to America for my first ever thanksgiving with Steves family!
[December 2012] Steve comes to the Uk to spend xmas with my family!

[August 29th 2013] Packet 4 received
[september 24th 2013] Interview - Refused due to passport and birth certificate condition

[september 26th 2013] Emergency appt at HM Passport Office London - New Passport and Birth Certificate in hand
[september 30th 2013] DX collects passport and birth certificate

[October 3rd] - Docs delivered to Embassy

[October 10th] - London Approves and Issues our Visa!!

[October 16th 2013] 4.00pm - Visa in my hand, 11pm POE -Newark

January 2, 2013: NOA1

January 8, 2013: Officially engaged <3

May 30, 2013 : Transferred VSC to TSC

June 26, 2013 (175 days) : NOA2

July 22, 2013 (26 days) : Sent to NVC

July 30, 2013 : Arrived at NVC

July 30, 2013 (8 days) : Received case number

August 9, 2013 : Fiance received packet 3

August 15, 2013 : Medical

September 26, 2013 : Interview : AP additional medical information needed

October 11, 2013 : 2nd Medical appointment

October 31, 2013: 2nd Medical report picked up by Embassy courier

November 21, 2013: 2nd Medical report received and our case with with an officer for review

January 17, 2014: Refused (found inadmissible)

Filing a waiver to lift the inadmissibility....

Same here. June 28th NOA2, and still no notice yet from USCIS for case being sent to NVC.
