Well this is not first time TSC intentionally screwed someone. On june 14, 2013 TSC RFE everybody for some reason. I recon somebody pissed them off. It was so BAD, that USCIS overturned all the RFEs and changed them to approvals.

I GOT A CASE NUMBER!!!! I called today at around 1 or 2pm and they hadn't received it. Then I called at 11pm & I got the great news that they received it today AND assigned a case number. I know many of you must have also been assigned a number late Friday night too!!!! I had asked my Congressman for help. I'm not sure if it helped because I haven't heard from his office recently. However, he had inquired when it was first transferred from VSC to TSC.

When were you transferred to NVC? Just to see how many days it took them to send papers from TSC to NVC :)

Congratulations!!! Now that you are at NVC,and out of the hands of USCIS the case will go much smoother for you (and all the TSC transfers as well). If things go as per normal, they should have your case shipped out to your embassy by next week. and from there, whatever the standard timeline is for your consulate would apply. Again congrats, hopefully this is the good news all of the TSC transfers deserve.
