They have confirmed they are holding the cases sad.png Now they are getting down to the reason why

Wow, this is utterly ridiculous. I hope for all of the TSC transfer people's sake, that your senator (and others) are able to pressure them into getting them sent sooner. There's no excuse for them to make you have to wait 8 weeks. I can understand a slight delay of like a week or something to get a decent batch together to ship at once, but 8 weeks is unquestionably too long and you all deserve better.

Are you inferring that TSC is holding the cases for 8 weeks b/c of the customer service responses, or did your Senator tell you this?

Might be both - what the CSR told the Senator.

Yes I agree .. I see case numbers from other centers being assigned in 4-10 straight days!!!!!!please let us know what your senator says .. I will do the same

My congressman is looking into it today. This makes no sense...these files have already been delayed...just more salt in the wound....

Yeah, TSC may not know the procedure CSC and VSC does this, as they are new to the game. Perhaps pressure on the Ombudsman might be in order here too.

sorry guys for my poor English, but waiting a case number from the NVC since 12 June 2013, must have been boring and frustrating..LoL. The only option is to keep and truck this forum every afternoon.ClockWatch2.gif

The TSC does process other petitions and I'm sure they have dealt with sending them to the NVC. I have a hard time believing they are completely unfamiliar with this process.

Well obviously they are doing it differently or all these guys in here would have their numbers by now.

I will...this is unacceptable if it's reality....

Wait a minute guys. Zoroopa, you told us last week that you spoke to someone at NVC who told you that your case was in the building, but it just hadn't been assigned a case number yet. So, if that's true then it's not possible that they're holding them at TSC for 8 weeks. The consensus thus far when speaking to the customer service reps is that it will take UP TO 8 weeks to process them, not that they're holding them for 8 weeks before even shipping them out. Angelina, could you clarify who it was that gave you the information that TSC is holding them?

Actually that was not me...if you go back to July 2 and find Aleksey and Ksenia...their post states the files are on the floor of NVC...I had just quoted them at the time....I can't quote on my cell phone....
