IV package reviewed early this week and I expect the AOS to be rereviewed early next week based on the 11 day average on my case.

For case complete, do I get an official letter or I just assumed that date based on the date of the completion of the two reviews?

I am hoping for an August interview since the native is restless - lol.

You will get an emailed letter which tells you your case is complete. Within two weeks from that letter you should get the interview date, which will be set about four to six weeks out. Get ready!

You were absolutely spot on.

They simply sent me a copy of the same generic BS denial letter from the CO.

But it did come in a nifty DVD package.

PS, glad you did not waste money and energy chasing a ghost. Things are looking good with your petition and time line. Soon we will be celebrating your accomplishment and having your wife home.
