I just spoke to NVC. Operator said that they reviewed my AOS yesterday and that I will be getting a checklist for

1) IV pacakge - I already sent that and they received it so I am not worried.

2) That I made a mistake on my I-864EZ, something about I did not write the correct amount for last years incoem and that it has to come from last years adjusted gross.

What is going to hapen next? Are they going to email me? When?

Thanks.

Yes they will email you with the checklist which you will reply to with their barcode cover sheet they will send especially for the checklist reply.

Sometimes they can't read numbers so don't worry too much. :)

You will get an email with the cover letter which has the barcode. Just send in the correction with a letter addressing the mistake made. Also, in your letter follow the check list which they are sending you that you need to revise.

Don't worry these things happen. As long as the correction is made prior to the petition being forwarded to Lagos. Good luck!

20 days is what I was told. But at times they moved things a little sooner. How is it going?

They have everything they need and more. The waiting is just killing me as we're so close.

I'm pumped to get on the plane for the interview. This time I'll be able to go over all the documents with her step by step. This beats trying to do it over the phone.

On another note, more waiting on my Freedom Of Information Act, "Your request is currently number 187 of 1861 pending requests in Track One." ClockWatch2.gif

Don't waste time waiting for your FOIA ours took a while and finally I got a dumb answer. Truly it was waste of time chasing that one.

I took tons of docs and all that I had submitted from USCIS to date. He had stuff from last years trip which I had taken with me and left it there. Then when he was at the embassy they gave him some of our docs, pictures and chats. Also, they returned my letters to my congressman, senators, and president Obama :)

LOL I went full force and full speed this time around....

We went over everything step by step the day before his interview, which is a good idea that you are thinking of as well. I had two folders with post its indicating what is what for him which we reviewed and it came in handy during the interview for he knew where everything needed was.

Good luck this time...we will keep you both in our prayers. Go get them.dancin5hr.gif

IV package reviewed early this week and I expect the AOS to be rereviewed early next week based on the 11 day average on my case.

For case complete, do I get an official letter or I just assumed that date based on the date of the completion of the two reviews?

I am hoping for an August interview since the native is restless - lol.

You were absolutely spot on.

They simply sent me a copy of the same generic BS denial letter from the CO.

But it did come in a nifty DVD package.

They'll send you a case complete letter about a week after the case is actually complete.
