I just Paid the "Uscis Immigrant fee" of $165.00 and It shows this page. Does this mean I'm done paying or is it under review and not yet confirmed? help!

12/23/2011 - Married In Philippines
01/05/2012 - Returned to HAWAII
USCIS
02/02/2012 - I-130 Sent (USPS)
02/05/2011 - Package arrived at chicago lockbox
02/06/2012 - NOA1
02/09/2012 - Received NOA1 797c form via usps
05/31/2012 - I-130 Approved (checked status online)
06/04/2012 - Received NOA2 hardcopy via usps

06/25/2012 - NVC received from USCIS
06/27/2012 - Received Case# & IID via phone
06/27/2012 - Emailed DS-3032 to NVC/automated response received
07/06/2012 - NVC rejected DS-3032 email, Called NVC (because my case has not yet been stored in their system)

that's what mine showed and i got an email as well as feedback on the screen as well. you should be good!

once you pay, i would forget about it til after your POE. it's to recover the administrative costs of producing your green card and that happens once you're admitted :)

Either person can do the ELIS but you will need to know your alien number off your passport (It's the registration number... Add an A and any zeros to make is A123456789) and your NVC number which is also your DOS number. The funds have to come from a US bank or credit card.

I did that but seems the website maintenance and when u click online its FORBIDDEN... something wrong in the site...
