I-864 Self Employed No Pay Stubs

What do I do if I am self employed and I don't have any pay stubs?

I can pull bank records showing my pay check getting transferred into my account each friday but that is just spending money since my bills are paid by the company.

The profit of my company is considered my income as a sole proprietorship. My profit last year was $29k.

What do you think?

Your 2012 tax return with all forms, schedules and 1099s will do it for the self-employed. They will go by what is on line 22 of the 1040, which is total income.

Im wondering about this too.

I have my interview in 10 days and I'm self employed with no pay stubs - Im going to take my business certificate with me, my tax return (problem here is when youre self employed and paying taxes somewhere else but the US, you don't file Schedule C or SE, so there is no proof of self-employment here!!), a statement explaining this whole mess and bank statements from the last 6 months showing money coming in.

Hopefully it'll work.

can prepare a profit/loss statement for 2013 ? i say bring that IN ADDITION to the bank records for 2013.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
