December filer

We recieved our first notice back on December12, case was transfered to Texas late May ( from Vermont)as of today still in process.

Have seen some December filers being approved, but then read about filers from September still waiting.

Just not sure what to expect - the timeline for Vermont now says 5 months and they are working on cases from December but it seems they must be working on much earlier cases also.

The wife to be has a tourist visa so up until a week ago she was here in Florida but shehad to return to Colombia as she was reaching her 180 day limit

I am a December 18th filer at the VSC (transferred to Texas) and I just received my approval notice last night. Be patient, it will come soon. Maybe the September filers who are waiting have not updated their profiles or have issues with their petition.

CDY, you should hear something by next week. I called yesterday and was told that VSC is currently working on December 5th so your should be coming up soon. What I am also noticing is that the people with cases that was transfered are getting approve faster than us that stayed at VSC. Hang in there it shouldnt be that much longer and good luck!
