Have you heard anymore about your love's visa?? Hopefully good news is coming soon! This is definitely a hard and long process, but it will get better. Be encouraged. )

Hi! How are you? I hope you are doing well and thank you so very much for asking.

I have not heard a thing. They updated our case 3 times but not updated to approved. I called DOS and got someone different, she says they are checking to see if he is eligible for a visa. My thinking is, if he is not, why did they have him to sign the ds230?

Now I feel really bad because I didn't go to Sri Lanka this summer because I thought he would have his visa. If he doesn't get it I will have to wait a. Whole year because it just isn't a close place where you can just pick up and visit whenever. Sigh........ The world is cruel and I really miss Sri Lanka, my husband and his family.......
