Can there be a waiver on the fee for I 751 for kids? If yes what are the conditions?

Hi,

I recommend you call to USCIS, they can give you the best advice.

However, I think, if your child is under 17 and if he/she entered to US with you; then you need to pay the biometric fee $85.
