little confused about tax information to send to NVC,

1. Do I need to submit W2's with the tax transcripts or transcipt is enough

2. The W2 I am missing is for 2010, I have them for 2011 and 2012

I am the USC

Tax transcripts are fine. They are everything they need on a piece of paper. You can send photocopies and keep the originals as well.
