I heard that from another user on this board. Also from my observations from timelines I'm watching the ones that have gotten an interview date have been updated early morning California time which is afternoon in China.

Ok. There's another post where they said they released more dates "that night". That guy lives in the US and I'm assuming he meant before he went to bed. I'll need to find that post again and ask him.

Found it: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/438109-guangzhou-embbassy-making-appointments-now/

Tell me your interpretation of his statement "The Site opened last night."

I've sent "Dieseltu" two questions earlier, but they've not replied.

The Guangzhou US Consulate does not open until 8:30 am (I think) so it was probably shortly after they opened. So, he may have been doing the same thing I am, staying up late. (LOL)

Jeez, everyone is going to be getting on at the same time Monday morning China time!

I live in China, and I'll wake up early, but I'm still nervous I won't get an interview date!!

LOVE this new system...and a special thanks to Guangzhou embassy for moving...you guys are the best! (i just hope all of you can pick up sarcasm through text)

I think everyone feels your pain, Q&R. The old system I thought sucked a few weeks ago, but I now realize it's a lifetime better than this new system.

My luck better be on my side Sunday night.
