Now were married.. Who's name to use on forms?

ok so we are filling out the I130 and stuck onm the first question, should my wife use her new surname or her old maiden name??

Your wife should use what ever name she intends to use now she is married.... if she is taking your last name then complete the forms using that name....

Not necessarily. I guess it depends. Did she change the name on her passport? I filed everything with my maiden name because I still have my passport like that. I'll change the name on everything after I get my new passport with my married name. I've seen some people who filed everything with their married name and still have the passport with their maiden name. The consulate will give her the visa with the same name as she has on the passport though...that's the info they gave me.
