paper work not at the embassy and it been three weeks

Timeline

NVC said it has sent are info to the embassy on May 30 But it has been three weeks and the embassy is saying it has not received it ! We have email the embassy in Mumbai and call the NVC one say it been sent and the other say they don't have it .. when should we start to worry?

Timeline

I couldn't find anything on the Mumbai consulate site, but on the Phnom Penh Embassy site, their instructions are to wait 6 weeks from the time NVC recieves the approved I-129F. According to your timeline, you have 3 weeks to go before getting worried
