Any Way To Preempt A Future RFE By Supplementing Now?

Once my Petition lands at a processing site, if I think I may need to explain something on it (a slight change in name spelling due to language change), something they may send an RFE out for, anyone know of a way to send in a supplement page to clarify that issue before we lose the time caused by an RFE? Thanks!

No, you should wait for the RFE (if there is one at all).

When the RFE is sent to you, it's sent with a piece of paper you attach on the way back, which is how it makes it back to your file.

Sending things independently is likely to result in your additional documents being lost or ignored.

Obviously, you're welcome to try! I just don't know that it would be successful.

CITIZENSHIP: 

Biometrics appointment for 2020-03-27 has been cancelled until further notice as all field offices are closed because of COVID-19.

***NOA dated 12/10/2020 USCIS stated they are able to reuse previous Biometrics***

Interview was easy. My hubby's Oath Ceremony is scheduled for February 25th. I can't watch >sad< but happy he is getting his certificate!

You could send it in but it will never connect with the case file. If you ever get an RFE you can easily take care of it by responding using the correct procedure. If you don't you can correct it at several points along the journey.
