Hi everyone, just a few questions on the required fields of I-129 form:

Question # 2. Apt # ( if it's not applicable do we say none, N/A or leave it blank?)

Question # 6 Marital Status ( i will be annuled , do i click DIVORCED or SINGLE?)

Question # 7 Other Names Used ( including maiden name) What does this mean? and What do we put in here? My Fiance is divorced and I will soon be annuled.

Question # 8b A# ( if any) Do we just leave this blank or say None?

Question # 16 Native Alphabet ( can we just say None under the Name or do we have to fill out other entries with NONE like Number and Street, Town or City, State or Province, Country.

Hope to hear from you, THANKS MUCH in advance

2. I left it blank.

6. I'm not so sure about the second one, you're married but will be annuled? I'm really not sure but all I know is that if you file before the annulement you have to say you're married. And if you are married you are ineligible to file for a I-129F.

7. Just put NONE.

8b. Again just put NONE.

16. Just put NONE under the name and leave the rest blank.

Good luck on your journey!

Btw, you can also read the example forms when having a doubt like these, before asking. ;)

I left it blank.
Question # 6 Marital Status ( i will be annuled , do i click DIVORCED or SINGLE?)
I would suspect is considered Divorced, you will be providing a certificate of annulment
Question # 7 Other Names Used ( including maiden name) What does this mean? and What do we put in here? My Fiance is divorced and I will soon be annuled.
Any name that you may have used, such as if you took another family name even if no longer using the name such as name used before annulment.
Question # 8b A# ( if any) Do we just leave this blank or say None?
"NONE" you wont have this number unless the person you are petitioning for had one before in another vise case.
Question # 16 Native Alphabet ( can we just say None under the Name or do we have to fill out other entries with NONE like Number and Street, Town or City, State or Province, Country.
Can write in the address a second time, since the "Native Language" is the same. In my case I had my fiance write it in in Chinese.
