In an attempt to de-fund the NRA, Biden has announced that there is really nothing more the White House can do to restrict Americans 2nd amendment rights. They will concentrate now on taking our 1st and 4th amendment rights.

The announced failure may reduce NRA membership growth and donations and may, in itself, be an attempt to weaken the NRA (which we were told was already weak but kicked Obama's @ss anyway)

Or maybe they just have no clue. It IS Biden, after all.

Facts and logic?

Republicans are actually the ones that hate the 4th Amendment. Take a look at how the vote on the Patriot Act re-authorization broke down. You will find that there was little to no Republican opposition. There were a lot of no votes from the left, however.

The 2nd Amendment is about gun safety? Looking at 30K+ firearm death each year, I'd say the Second Amendment is a huge fail.

The IRS scandal is dead - Issa was exposed as the lying crook that he is. That was a bonus, indeed.
