Also, they are asking for nonimmigrant visa number. Where do I find this in his passport visa page? This is soooooooooo frustrating. Also this is a K3 visa.

your alien number is on your visa...Axxxxxxx on the left hand side next to your photo...

there is an example form to go by that might help you...click on example forms above

You can use either the Control Number in the upper-right area of the visa or the red number in the lower-right area of the visa.
