I have been a lurker on this site for about 6 months (since Dec 18, when I got my first receipt) and I was a Vermont to Texas transfer also, and just got my NOA2 last night around 1am (she was checking the site, its how she saw it, I got nothing from the USCIS on this).

Almost exactly 6 months, so stay patient, it is really happening.
