I didn't make this one up either (deleted OP's name - I'm not that mean)

My fiance is going to do his medical and he has large tonsils, does anyone know if this can be seen as an issue when applying for a visa? Thanks

Do the size of a man's tonsils have a direct correlation to the size of his......

Because I must have really big tonsils too.. :D

YMMV

Yup, sadly enough, they are ALL true and are NOT Matako's posts:

In 'My Timeline' on Visajourney.com it says my case may be "adjudicated" as early as February 13th. Does that mean I should get NOA2 on Feb 13th? Or does it mean K1 Visa on Feb. 13th

I dunno know . . . wouldn't ya first maybe glance through the guide so you might know the steps and have an idea of the difference between NOA2 receipt and K1 Visa receipt?

Matt,

I suppose you could but your current fiancee' might need to know that you switch hit.... :D

If she even found out that i was joking about something like this I would be given a sex-change. Against my will.

I was mean today.

I had already answered this guys question correctly in a different forum about 20 minutes before he posted it again.

Here's the question (for the second time) and my second answer.

I was granted an work authorization at POE at JFK Airport ....I know my work authorization will expire and I'll have to stop working until I get my new EAD, but if I do work now, get taxed and stop until I get a new EAD, should I worry about my AOS process? Is that something that I can do or will it ruin the whole process?

------------

No you can't work. They give you the EAD stamp so you get all confused, work illegally and then they boot you out of the country and never let you back.

Someone nice though pointed out to him that I was totally wrong. :D

Did that make you feel superior or give you a warm sense of satisfaction? Or is mocking ppl your 'thing'?

_______

IMO, the crazy questions can grate on stupid, but as it's been said before in this thread, some ppl just need assurances. I think it's time to remember how you felt when you first started the process....no you may not have asked the silly questions, but the lack of really knowing the information can be disconcerting to many.

If a question is too stupid to answer iyo...then just don't answer it....

No, it just struck me as really, really funny at the time, cause the guy had already been told by multiple people that it was ok to work with his EAD stamp. I was thinking he wanted to hear something like my post.

Is that a question on the IMBRA form???

Yes, It states that if you are a switch hitter, you must notify your fiancee, orally, and in writing. And at the time of your sweethearts interview, she will be orally notified by the adjudicating officer.
