I am so relieved and so happy !! Here is the description of my interview. This is the review i made of the Paris consulate.

I want to thank you all VJ members for their help and precious information i received. You are a big part of this approval!

I arrived a little early (my appointment was at 1pm) so i waited until 1245 to cross. I had no convocation letter since the IV unit called me the day before for the interview because someone cancelled. The guard had to check with someone inside to make sure i really had an appointment so I actually didn't get in before 1:10pm and had all the other K1 applicants passing me.

Once i was in i was given a ticket, my number was A114, I didn't think it was really crowded inside for this time of the year.
I was called after 20/30 min at a first booth and handed my passport. Another 20/30 minutes or so later i got called to the exact same booth with the exact same lady who this time asked and checked all the documents: birth certificate, police report,etc...At the same time she was explaining to me that i had to marry my fiance within 90 days the AOS etc... We were also chatting about everything and nothing at the same time (she was making fun of me because i had a cold). However when she saw my DS156 forms and saw that i had checked yes to one of the question (a small overstay of the VWP) she told me something that i really didn't appreciate: "i am happy you didn't buy plane ticket" (she asked me earlier in the conversation). Honestly at that moment i thought i would not get the visa. The she told me to go back and sit and wait for the CO to call me.

Then after another half hour or so (i didn't have much consciousness of the time in there) of freaking out like never before (because of the lady at the previous booth) I was finally called for THE interview. The CO a young and cute lady named Lissa asked me politely how i was doing and if i spoke english and then spoke only in english the whole time. During half of the interview her speakers were turned off so i had a very hard time hearing her sometimes.
So then i raised my right hand and took the oath.

The first few questions that came out (of course) were about my VWP overstay, for how long etc... a few times i got confused with the dates and my calculation in months etc...
Then she finally asked me the basic questions about my fiance:
- how did you meet
- Was he going to the same college as you
- What did he study
-What is he doing now as a job?
- What does he do in his job (dammit he is a network security engineer and i don't really understand everything about it so i explained at my best, i guess she was as knowledgeable as me in this topic since she didn't ask for further explanation)

Then she got back on the VWP overstay (and i was hoping so bad that maybe i wouldn't hear about it since i added an extra sheet after my DS156 explaining the whole thing....well this lady decided otherwise)

After that she typed on her computer, checked the UScIS petition and documents we had submitted, she saw one pic of us when our son was born and she asked me "oh you have a baby?" "Is your fiance the father" (the lady at the first booth already asked this, i was like, who do they think i am lol).

Finally she said "Congratulations the interview went well. We will mail you the visa in between 7 to 10 days". I almost cried, i was so emotional that i kept saying thank you and was smiling like a little girl.

My review is only 3 out of 5. I would have put 5 if the lady at the first booth didn't make that smart comment about me not buying my tickets, and the suspicion about my son not being my fiance's.

Thanks a lot ! I am so relieved.

Glad that you liked the review, i hope it can be useful for someone in the same situation as i was and maybe keep them from stressing out as much as i did.

FYI i had to check "yes" to two boxes on form DS156, the one for entry denial last year and one for unlawful presence because of the overstay.

Now about the POE. Does anyone knows if we are taken directly to secondary or can we avoid it? With my history am i 100% sure i will be taken there?
