how difficult is it to file an extension on the k1

My fiance has a situation she is currently waiting for a corrected birth certificate for her son and are visa expires july 7. As it stands I dont think she will get it in time. I want to file for an extension and want to know if they will approve it for that. I have told her that she can get a certified birth letter in place of it but she wants to see if the amended certificate comes first.

they will have to contact the embassy directly, explain the situation, they should be able to issue a new visa

2/5/2013 I-130 NOA1 with error on wife's name
Case status not available
2/5/2013 Unable to generate service request

4/19/2013 Case status available - APPROVED!

Ok thanx, Seems like this process will be difficult for my fiance and I until the bitter end unfortunately.

looks like your fiancée is hung up on originals

certified copies will do for any future needs

I got four of them just in case
