I love how refusing to do what an officer tells you - even though he has ZERO authority to tell you something - can lead to a charge. This kid was breaking no laws. He did nothing illegal. Why the police were involved in the first place highlights a key problem in our society.

It would depend on the the who sequence of the event, it is not just coz the kid was wearing NRA shirt, I am supporting the kid coz a teacher and school admin who do not like NRA are abusing their authority and shoving their views down other ppls throat.
