Read previous post and you will see what you are assuming incorrectly.

no, no. you're really backing yourself into a corner here. you said your support depended upon 'the sequence of events'. i call b.s.

under the exact same circumstances would you be enraged or indifferent - to a 14 being arrested for refusing to take off his "freedom got an a.k." tee..

As usual you are just rambling.... re-read my previous post.

If kid was arrested for wearing "Freedom got a.k." tee coz his school admin or teacher did not like it - he might have my support.

That's because some civil liberties are less important that others. rofl.gif

your are not supporting the civil liberties (just coz kid was wearing NRA shirt) so you don't even have room to talk.

re-read your post you called the kid brat.

Yes, I called the kid a brat because the kid has quite obviously not been taught or has refused to learn how to properly behave in front of adults. Kids that fail to properly respect adults are commonly referred to as brats. You might fit that category yourself.

ETA: I have not made any comment in regards to the civil liberties of the child. I have merely maintained that the kid brought this situation on himself by inappropriately behaving the way he did.

I have bolded the example of incident and since your comprehension is low today I will repeat.... kid would have my support depending on situation.

You have just posted a pic of the kid not the situation.

haha and you know that coz you were present.

You might fit in category that should be in nursing home playing bingo.

I love how refusing to do what an officer tells you - even though he has ZERO authority to tell you something - can lead to a charge. This kid was breaking no laws. He did nothing illegal. Why the police were involved in the first place highlights a key problem in our society.

FLUFF THE POLICE!!!

Wait, do we want cops in schools or not? I get confused.

how about instead of repeating the word 'situation' - you detail what 'situation' would garner your freedom's got an ak support..

oh no. see harsh explained this to me earlier in the thread. cops in the schools would only be there to perform the specific duty of safegarding kids from an armed shooter scenario. the cops certainly would not be there to 'teach' or provide disciplinary support. cause that's just ridiculous..

Oh okay. So we want cops in all schools, but they have no authority there unless someone tries to shoot up the school. I get it. :)

and considering a kid has as much chance to get struck by lightening as getting caught up in a school shooting, sounds like school cop is going to be a pretty cake job..

Excellent example of the outcome of moral decay.

You are making my day and your level of understanding things are awesome.... :)

Would you even expect cop to work as sub teacher?

So, if a cop is permanently stationed at the school - shouldn't his presence be a deterrent to bad behavior?

contrari-wise, if the police were called by school administrators, and came on to the campus, then usually someone is going to be arrested.
