I called NVC and she told me they are waiting for affidavit of support and other documents. But I sent everything together. Then she says wait 20 days. How will she know I need support if they claim to not have reviewed my file?

Wow! I've heard of things like this happening to others. I think its rediculous... I had my fingers crossed after I shipped my things...... luckily I didnt have lost paperwork. But good luck........

You're most likely experiencing a false checklist.

Someone reviewed your IV file, and then they automatically put in a checklist stating they need the AoS file even though you sent it.

It just hasn't been reviewed yet.

Take a deep breath.

Call again today or tomorrow.

But the thing is I sent everything. I mean every original, to every form filled correctly, and etc. I made sure I didn't leave anything out.

I think you'll be ok..... just stay on them about it. I have had them tell me a completely different answer for som lr of the same questions s few times. Just press them and I got better service when I spoke to tge supervisor (Had to dig things out of her too though )

I got email today. So we are now waiting for interview date. Keeping my fingers crossed for an August date.
