Okay not to be preachin but i am. Y0ou need to change that whole attitude because what you speak guess what.

Why not speak approval and a happy satisfied CO who had a good night sleep, a good breakfast and happy will see to your case.

Speak that you are already approved before you even get to embassy. Speak life into your petition not death goodness now.

Thank you so much dwheels and for encouraging me to be more positive. I am positive as much as I have to be. Being aware of probably anything difficult, I think, I can prepare myself better so we won't have to complain later.

NVC will give the petitioner and beneficiary 1 year per thing (IV and AOS) to get stuff in, so that's up to 2 years to get things wrapped up at NVC. Would an additional 2 years help the petitioner

did you put any more thought into delaying the paperwork intake at NVC?

our attorney already pushed it to NVC think i was wrong on the amount my sister-inlaw earns i believe its somewhere around 28000usd cos attorney said she was 2000usd short and he can fight it all the way just praying and hoping on God.
