Now that the visa has been issued, my question now is how long does it take to deliver it to Cargo Expreso? I put the passport number on ustraveldocs and it comes up no info.

I don't know my husband picked his up at the embassy they told him what day to go.

I am so excited for you! Congrats ;)

We have had no update since February 13th... still in AP... just short of 7 months spent in AP. I am encouraged by your case finally coming to an end :)

Thanks for your reply. I recently got an email from ustraveldocs that the visa is being delivered to the Cargo Expreso I picked in Usulutan. Luckily, he is in Jiquilisco, which is kinda close.

Hello, I went to take my medical exams and the doctor told me that i had to take an extra exam. and that the results would be back in 3 months. that was march 2, 2015. My interview was on March 9, 2015. anyhow, i took the extra exam. so, when i went for the interview on march 9. my exams were not ready of course. So, the agent at embassy told me that everything was ok, that the only reason i was not goint to get the visa at that moment was for my missing medical exams. So, i was placed on Administrative Processing until my exam results were sent. which were going to take 3 months to arrive. Well, after 3 months of waiting finally the exams arrived and were sent on Jun 3, 2015. Since then my case status updated date has been changing from Jun 3, then Jun 4, and Now Jun 5. it looks like they are working on my case. but it still show Administrative processing. Anyone know a little bit more about this. i am hopping to have my visa soon. I have read that it can take several weeks even months after the submission of the documents. which is unfair due to the fact that we been waiting for years on my petition to be approved. Family base pation fb-2. well, also, i have been 3 months in El Salvador already. Im getting desperate. Any help?

Hi everyone, my husband is waiting for his visa and is currently in Administrative Processing (I think) and has been since his interview on February 22nd where he was approved. Does anyone have an idea of how long this might take? They kept his passport at the interview and told him it would take 2-3 weeks and we are now on week 7 :(

Hello guys. I wonder if you can help me on this one. My husband went to his interview on May 21, 2013 at the embassy in San Salvador. Our case is a returned case. The CO checked his papers and told him everything looked good. He then told my hubby he needed to bring the latest taxes of the year 2012 from my joint sponsor because we thought it wasn't needed. He did brought the W-2 but CO wanted the form 1040. I delivered the document a week later on May 26 and he sent it on May 27, along with his passport because the officer told him. The stuff arrived at the embassy the next day and we haven't heard from them since. The case status on the website says Administrative Processing with the latest update showing May 28. I want to know why is taking so long? Is he really in AP? Or it's because of the doc? My husband told me that he'll get his visa as soon as he send the doc but it's been more than 2 weeks and this Tuesday will be 3 weeks. I'm depressed because I was hoping he'll be here before his birthday on Tuesday and our third anniversary this Thursday. We have a 2 month baby and I really need him more than ever.

Hi. Can you give me an update on your husband's case. How long did it take on ap?
