They did send me an email about a month ago saying they have receive the paper work and that once the counsel sees it they'll let us know when her visa will be giving

Ok they updated on their own that means they are working on your case hopefully soon you will hear from them if not email them.

It took a little over 4 months he had his interview in may

Do you think the gov't shutdown is slowing things down at the embassy? Wednesday will be 9 weeks since my fiancé's interview. They didn't ask for any more papers, just need to investigate more... today makes 61 days, but 60 working days won't be until Nov. 6th... we have had no updates since Sept 19th when I emailed them. anyone have a similar timeline for a fiancé visa? so anxious

The shutdown is not affecting yet its working days only not counting holidays either i don't know about fiance visa we are ir1 it took 87 working days for us from date they received the documents.

81 working days since the interview!!!! Wow did they ever call u in between then for more paper work or something? We are CR-1 visa by the way

87 days they called around day 82 for him to take a new solvencia to the embassy that was it he took it and it was issued the next day
