Hello i am LPR and i have filed i-130 for my wife (she leaves in different country) in October 2012

in February 2013 my son was born, so i am wondering when the time comes can we use follow to join benefit for my son?and what kind of documents i need,what is this process look like,thank you

Follow to join is not the process you want.

You want to know about derivative beneficiaries.

You need to add your son as a dericative beneficiary to your wife's case. Write a letter to the agency/office with your wife's case. Include a copy of your son' birth certificate and English translation. Ask for him to be added and reference your wife's case.
