Could you please explain how did you get all these benefits? People are working hard while immigrating, and they pay taxes, and a lot of them cannot afford any kind of health insurance, and they still carry on. This is simply unfair to Americans that make a minimum wage per hour and do not receive any benefits, yet they still help others and don't cheat the system. You are tired? Of what? You are using the benefits of this Country illegally, and seem to enjoy it. Do you have any physical disabilities?

i apply for benefits. dont be mad to me becos you are maybe lazy to apply? i do the hard paperworks and interviews. im tired to work. so i come to america. besides dis also it is very hard in america. jobs are very far but no way to get there. i have 2 kids and am pregnant u think i should walk 80k per day? y do u say im illegal? maybe it is u who r illegal? dont be rude pls

you said your petitioner is on SSI... not possible, they wouldn't have let him petition you if he was on welfare, that means that you have a co-sponsor, and he is the one who is responsible for you

people are giving you real answers, you are just choosing to ignore them because they're not the answer you want to hear. The answer is that if you are on welfare you should not be. The point of having a sponsor is to assure you will not go on welfare upon arrival to the US. Apparently your visa should never have been granted in the first place.

The united states is a hard working country and it's ridiculous that you feel that the fact that you live here now means you can live off of government assistance and never work again.

i dont get a real answer yet! y should i not be on welfare? who will say no to free money? who are u to judge me? if the american govermant tell me i can have visa and i can have benefits y is this a problem for u? maybe u will call the govermant and tell them dey is wrong and u r da boss to dem?

okay, here's an answer for you: you are not entitled to it! when you filed your papers, it asked you if you've ever been a public charge, what did you answer? you are screwed either way, if you answered no - that's lying on an application, if you answered yes - then your co-sponsor is screwed.

You shouldn't be receiving the benefits and your sponsor CAN be sued to pay back the government, but as long as you're not receiving any CASH benefits they're not public charge issues so no, they don't affect whether you will get a GC or not. If you are receving cash benefits then yes, you can have your GC revoked.

The USC can obtain the benefits but you as an immigrant are not eligible until you've been an LPR for 5 years, so if you ARE getting them you shouldn't be.

actually i read ur link and it says that is OK to have benefits. there is no problem to deportation. i dont kno y ppl have to be rude.

^^^^^^^everyone PLS read dis link! is govermant webpage and say thers no pproblem to have benefits!!! read it ^^^^^^^

I am an american taxpayer....you are taking my money. That gives me the right to judge you. And the answer to your question is yes...you should be deported for fraud

Your father in law will be sued by the government for fraud. Also, if you can send money home to YOUR family, you have money to pay your bills. It is not OUR problem you have all of those kids. You are defrauding the government by including YOURSELF in the benefits. If your family qualifies WITHOUT YOU, then it is legal. IF they qualified WITH YOU, then it is FRAUD.

ur da fraud! and reported!
