Hi guys, well I have a very long question. My friend a citizen of USA had her petition approved for her fiance from UKRAINE and is now getting her affidavit of support paperwork ready. She found a co-sponsor as she her self can not fully support her fiance. BUT, as she was getting his paper work ready it turned out that her sponsor HAS EXTENSION OF TIME to file his taxes for 2011, 2012, 2013, and from what I understand he has not filed his taxes yet, and he says he still has time to file them. He does have all his W2s. Her sponsor is a Home Realtor and is very rich. He says thats all of this is legal, otherwise he would not be signing as a sponsor. So the question is does anyone know anything about this (extension of time to file taxes), and has anyone had that happen to them and had problems getting approved by NVC. This is the only person she could find that agreed to be a sponsor, and if he doesnt get approved she doesnt know who else ask. PLEASE HELP.
