Ok, thanks. I have also read on here about people doing things like including letters of intent to marry. Is that really necessary? It says nothing about it in the packet 3 or on the Sydney Consulate website, their packet 3 even says further relationship evidence is only needed if requested at the interview stage.

I know my then fiance sent me a further letter of intent with his I-134. I can't remember if we used it but I had it none-the-less.

I emailed the consulate about all these things after reading about them on here and they have told me none of those things are required, only what is on the check list they provide is needed. Anyway, my packet 3 is sent now so heres hoping for an interview date soon!
