Thai applying for Visa to US

My first post here so a quick Hello to Everyone

Met my girlfriend 8 months ago on a dating site. We talked for months and decided to meet. We were basically in love before meeting. I flew to see her 2 months ago and spent 3 weeks in Thailand with her and her family. Had the greatest time and we both knew at this point we were in love.

Anyways, to the point. She is wanting to apply for a visa to visit me and my family now and see if she likes it here. Requirements for her obtaining a visa seem to be difficult.

Her ties to Thailand

1) She has a business license, but closed her shop due to location not good enough and shop size. Currently looking for a smaller shop(Franchise)

2) Has a 5 year old daughter that is living with her and mother at times.

3) Owns a newer car that she pays for monthly.

4) Owns 2 pieces of property that her father left to her when he passed away.

5) Currently she is not working so I am making deposits every 2 weeks for her to save money and get by monthly.

She's only traveled to Malaysia which she needs no visa for so not sure it matters.

My questions.

A) Will the above be enough in your opinion for her to obtain a visa?

B) Will the steady deposits in her account help in any way for the visa application to be approved?

Answers:

A) Consular Officials have complete discretion on whether or not to issue a visa, no here can say if your list is sufficient.

B) Same answer as A

She is a young, single Thai woman, approval for a tourist visa will be difficult. But you have nothing to loose in trying other than the application fee.

I was thinking more in general if her ties were sufficient from others experiences.

But it seems that it damn near doesn't matter the more I read. Seems she could be more than qualified and the person interviewing being hungover and pissed off that day he/she's working that day is enough for denial.

Depends on what you consider young...She'll be 30 in Aug.

The money for the app is not an issue. More worried about her. Not ready to do the K-1 process, and thinking tourist visa is best. But I know if she is denied, she's going to be devastated.

Why don't you spend the money to go and visit her? This would allow you to spend time together without having her go through the tourist visa process.

I have gone to visit her already. She would like to visit here and see what it's like.
