Congratulations! As the other's have stated follow the guides. The only photos you will need to send are the passport style photos( 2 for each application) 6 total if you are also applying for A/P EAD which is free when you file with AOS. You will want to apply for A/P EAD because It can take anywhere from a couple of months to up to a year to get your green card depending on if you get an interview or not. You will need to include your marriage certificate but You do not need to include any evidence with your application - save that for your interview if you get one.

hey everyone thank you for all your well wishes!!! have been soooo busy i didnt have the chance to log on...thank you :)

now im going crazy filling out the ap form...since we dont have a date as to when he will have to travel...we are filling it out as a just in case...is this form necessary? please help!!! thank you guys :)
